Mandy Scrivner

From Victim Advocate to Paralegal: A Love Story

Mandy Scrivner has always been passionate about helping others. As the Violent Crimes Victim Advocate at the Stone County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, she dedicated her days to supporting women who had been victims of violent domestic and sexual assaults and helping these women navigate the long, difficult and personally intrusive criminal justice system.

In this role, she met her future husband, Attorney Dayrell L Scrivner, who was the Prosecutor handling these violent cases against women. Dayrell was impressed by Mandy’s dedication and compassion, and they eventually fell in love.

After they were married, Mandy decided to pursue a career as a paralegal and she joined Dayrell’s law firm in order to continue serving all types of individuals who were struggling with legal issues and difficult circumstances.

In this role, Mandy works closely with Dayrell on a variety of cases, including criminal defense, business law, and family law. She is a valuable asset to the firm and is known for her meticulous attention to detail and her ability to put clients at ease.

Mandy and Dayrell are both passionate about their work and are committed to helping their clients achieve the best possible outcome. They are also deeply in love and are grateful for the opportunity to work together every day.

In a recent interview, Mandy reflected on her journey from victim advocate to paralegal. She said, “I have always been passionate about helping others, and I am grateful for the opportunity to do that in my work as a paralegal. I love working with Dayrell and helping our clients achieve justice.”

Dayrell also shared his thoughts on Mandy’s career journey. He said, “Mandy is an amazing woman and a dedicated paralegal. She is a valuable asset to my law firm and to our clients. I am so proud of her and all that she has accomplished. So many clients are in a much better place in life because of the time and effort she puts into their lives.”

Mandy Scrivner is a highly motivated and accomplished individual with a diverse background. She is committed to serving others and making a difference in her community.

Mandy and Dayrell’s story is an inspiration to us all. It is a reminder that love and justice can be found in even the most unexpected places.

Prior to the Prosecuting Attorney’s office, Mandy also served as the Resource Development Director and Manager of Victim Services Shelter at Christian Associates, a non-profit organization that supplies aid to victims of domestic violence. In these roles, she coordinated fundraising plans, managed donor relations, and supervised staff and volunteers.

Prior to her work at Christian Associates, Mandy was a Violent Crimes Victim Advocate at the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney in Stone County, Missouri. In this role, she was responsible for the development, administration, and evaluation of the victim program. She also performed advocate duties for victims within the criminal justice system.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Mandy is also a member of Beta Alpha Beta, and Alpha Phi Omega. She is also a member and past president of Students in Free Enterprise.

Balancing Motherhood, Running, and Ironman

Mandy is a mother and an accomplished runner and Ironman athlete. She is an inspiration to many, showing that it is possible to balance motherhood and a demanding athletic career.

Mandy’s love for running began at a young age. She ran track and cross country in high school and college, and she continued to run competitively after graduation. In 2010, she decided to take on her biggest challenge yet: the Ironman Triathlon.

The Ironman Triathlon is one of the most challenging endurance races in the world. It consists of a 2.4-mile swim, a 112-mile bike ride, and a 26.2-mile run. Mandy trained for months, and she was determined to finish.

Mandy’s accomplishment is even more impressive considering that she is a mother of three. She has to balance her training with her family responsibilities, but she makes it work. She is an inspiration to many, showing that it is possible to achieve your goals, even if you have a lot on your plate.

One of the things that Mandy loves most about running is the sense of community. She has met so many amazing people through running, and she has made lifelong friends. She also loves the challenge of pushing herself to her limits.

“I love the feeling of accomplishment that comes from finishing a race,” she says. “It’s a reminder that I am capable of anything I set my mind to.”

Mandy is also a role model for her children. She teaches them the importance of hard work, dedication, and perseverance. She also shows them that it is possible to achieve your dreams, no matter what challenges you face.
